Frequently Asked Questions

Spay and Neuter Clinic Information:
- All pets must be between 8 weeks and 5 years of age and over 2 lbs.
- Pet must be up to date on all vaccines including rabies, dhppc, bordatella, and current heartworm test. Cats: rabies and fvrcp.
- Checks must be presented with valid picture ID of check signer. NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS!
- Cats must come and go in a carrier. If multiple cats are brought, please put them in individual carriers.
- Please make sure your pet has no food or water after 10 pm the night before surgery.
- No pets with health issues will be accepted. Pets that need additional care can visit out adjacent clinicThe Animal Health Care Clinic.
- Spays and Neuters only.
- For full-service veterinary care, please call our affiliated clinic, The Animal Health Care Clinic.
- Only surgical patients will be given vaccines. Vaccines will automatically be given to surgical patients who are not current on vaccines.
- Proper paperwork must be presented at drop off to prove vaccines have been given.
- If official written proof is not provided, we will administer all necessary vaccines the day of surgery.
- Pets are to be dropped off between 7 and 8 am, and picked up between 3 and 5 pm.
- All services must be paid for at time of pick up. No payments will be taken at time of drop off.
- We ask that you please give at least 48 hours notice if you are going to cancel your appointment and wish to receive future services with us.
